Fort Couch Tower, by Arthur Lubetz Associates circa 1985, goes well with the recently built Target in the foreground. The Tower's red trim pairs nicely with Target's artful bollards and brand color scheme. Postmodernism in architecture, perhaps just some examples, may just stand the test of time and the scrutiny of popular judgement.
